The world throws countless rules and standards at us:
“You should live like this.”
“You need to have more.”
We often get swept away by these voices—
comparing ourselves,
feeling anxious,
and losing sight of true contentment.
[흔들리는 영혼들]
세상은 우리에게 수많은 규칙과 기준을 제시합니다.
“이렇게 살아야 해.”
“더 많이 소유해야 해.”
우리는 종종 이런 세상의 소리에 흔들립니다.
서로를 비교하고, 불안해하며,
진정한 만족을 잃어버리곤 합니다.

I too once tried so hard to protect myself,
living under invisible standards that constantly weighed me down.
Caught in people's expectations,
my relationship with Christ became blurry,
and I found myself exhausted from a faith rooted in performance.

한때 저 역시 스스로를 지키기 위해
보이지 않는 기준 속에서 눌려 살았습니다.
사람들의 기대 속에 갇혀
그리스도와의 관계는 희미해지고,
행위 중심의 신앙에 지쳐가고 있었던 것입니다.

Ask yourself for a moment:
“Am I truly rooted in Christ?”
The essence of faith is not about “doing,”
but about “connecting.”
A life rooted in Jesus Christ—
in full communion with Him—
is what truly fills our soul.

신앙의 본질은 ‘행위’가 아니라 ‘연결’입니다.

Will we be bound by human traditions and rules?
Or will we be rooted in Christ?
Right now, take hold of the freedom that is already yours in Christ.
“The fullness of Christ”
is a blessing freely given to you today.

The fullness of God that dwells in Jesus now dwells in us.
We are no longer defined by rules or philosophies.
Faith is not about rules—it’s about relationship.
True belief doesn’t restrict life—
it sets you free.
May you fully embrace the freedom and fullness that comes from being in Christ.

예수님 안에 거하신 하나님의 충만함은
이제 우리 안에도 임했습니다.
우리는 더 이상 규칙이나 철학으로 정의되지 않습니다.
신앙은 행위가 아니라, 관계입니다.
진정한 믿음은 삶을 억누르지 않습니다—
오히려 자유하게 합니다.
그리스도 안에 있는 충만함과 자유를 꼭 누리시길 바랍니다.

Dear Lord of love,
Thank You for using Colossians 2
to remind us of the essence of the gospel—
especially when we’re tied down by worldly rules and standards.
Help us live in Jesus Christ,
and enjoy the fullness already given to us through Him.
In Jesus’ name we pray. Amen.

사랑의 주님,
세상의 기준과 규칙에 묶여
진정한 자유를 누리지 못하는 저희에게
골로새서 2장을 통해 복음의 본질을 다시금 일깨워 주시니 감사드립니다.
예수 그리스도 안에서 살아가게 하시고,
그분 안에서 이미 주어진 충만함을 누리게 하소서.
