부모님께 순종

자녀들이여, 주 안에서 부모에게 순종하십시오.

이것이 옳은 일입니다.

(Ephesians 6:1) Obeying Your Parents

Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right.

하나님께서 우리에게 주신 첫 번째 공동체가 가족입니다.

부모와 자녀는 하나님이 세우신 사랑의 질서 속에서 살아가도록 부름 받았습니다.

The first community God has given us is the family.

Parents and children are called to live within the divine order of love that God has established.

굳건히 서서 진리로 허리띠를 띠고

의의 가슴받이를 붙이고

예비한 평화의 복음의 신을 신고

모든 일에 믿음의 방패를 가지고 이것으로

악한 자의 모든 불 화살을 소멸시키며

Take up the shield of faith,

with which you can extinguish

all the flaming arrows of the evil one.

원의 투구와 성령의 검, 곧 하나님의 말씀으로 무장하십시오

Put on the helmet of salvation

and take up the sword of the Spirit,

which is the Word of God.

우리는 눈에 보이는 세상에서 살아가지만,

성경은 우리의 진짜 싸움이 혈과 육이 아니라

영적인 싸움임을 분명히 가르칩니다.

We live in a visible world,

but the Bible clearly teaches that

our real battle is not against flesh

and blood—it is a spiritual one.

사람과의 다툼, 세상의 어려움,고난이

단순히 우연히 일어나는 것이 아니라,

보이지 않는 영적 세계에서

악한 세력이 작용하고 있음을 인식해야 합니다.

우리는 하나님을 믿는

순간부터 사탄의 공격 대상이 됩니다.

 

Conflicts with people, hardships in life,

and suffering are not mere coincidences.

We must recognize that

unseen evil forces are at work in the spiritual realm.

From the moment we put our faith in God,

we become targets of Satan’s attacks.

사탄은 거짓과 유혹,

두려움과 절망,

교만과 분열을 통해

우리를 넘어뜨리려 합니다.

그러나 하나님께서는

우리를 보호하시고 승리하게 하시기

위해 전신갑주

(Full Armor of God)를

주셨습니다.

Satan tries to bring us down through lies,

temptations, fear, despair, pride, and division.

However, God has given us the Full Armor of God

to protect us and lead us to victory.

사랑의 하나님,

저를 부모님을 통해 이 땅에

보내시고, 사랑으로 양육하게

하심에 감사합니다.

부모님의 사랑을 당연하게

여기며, 때로는 불 순종하고

마음을 아프게 한 적이

많았음을 회개합니다.

주님, 저에게 순종하는

마음을 주시고,

부모님을 더 깊이

사랑할 수 있도록 도와주옵소서.

I thank You for sending me into this world

through my parents

and for allowing them to raise me with love.

I confess that I have often taken their love for granted,

disobeyed them,

and caused them pain.

Lord, please give me a heart of obedience

and help me love

and honor my parents more deeply.
